Revisiting foreclosure scam notices

Exactly four years after my original post regarding the foreclosure scam notices from the “equal housing opportunity” (original post can be accessed here), I felt that it was necessary to revisit this topic. I have noticed that these scam companies periodically change phone numbers. Please do not fall for these scams.
