After we successfully opposed this bank’s Motion for Summary Judgment, plaintiff filed a Motion to Reargue. We successfully opposed that Motion, too. Now the attorneys have to explain to their client why they have repeatedly failed to establish their foreclosure case after years of litigation. Whoops!
